When will my order be dispatched?
As all of our products are made to order, please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be produced before it's shipped. During busy periods this may take a little longer.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- UK: Usually 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Europe: Typically 5–10 working days
- International: Usually 7–15 working days
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Why is shipping different for each order?
Our products are printed especially for you when you place your order. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, the number of items purchased and your delivery destination.

How do your T-shirts fit?
Our T-shirts have a relaxed fit with a slightly shorter length, giving a modern streetwear silhouette without feeling excessively oversized.

How do your hoodies fit?
Our hoodies are designed with a relaxed, comfortable oversized fit.
If you're between sizes and prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.
Which size should I choose?
Each product includes a detailed size chart. Check our size guide page for fit recommendations for both men and women to help you choose the right size.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
As every item is printed especially for you, we can accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

LovedFIRST was founded by Josh Smith, aged 15, with a vision to create premium Christian streetwear that speaks to his generation.

How should I wash my garments?
To keep your garment looking its best:
- Wash inside out at 30°C
- Use a gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry on low heat (where applicable)
- Iron inside out on a low temperature
- Do not iron directly over the print
- Do not dry clean
