2. Ordering
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase our products.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once your order has been accepted you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund where payment has already been taken.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.
We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.
All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your payment details.
5. Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered.
6. Returns
If you change your mind, you have the return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must:
- be unworn
- be unwashed
- have original tags attached
- be in their original condition
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately.
However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device.
Minor variations in garment colour, texture or print placement may occur as part of the manufacturing process.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:

- graphics
- product designs
- photographs
- artwork
- text
- branding
is owned by or licensed to LOVED FIRST.
You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Promotional Codes
Discount codes:
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- may only be used once unless stated otherwise
- cannot normally be combined with other offers
- may be withdrawn at any time
12. Gift Cards (if applicable)
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
